Shaun has extensive experience advising on the structuring, delivery and financing of various social and affordable housing projects, build-to-rent, mixed-use and specialist disability accommodation projects across Australia.

He regularly advises on structuring complex housing infrastructure projects, with particular experience in governance and funding models for special purpose housing providers, investment structures for institutional investors and housing registrar regulatory issues. He is also has been the author and contributor to a number of industry-body submissions to government and advice pieces for the housing sector in general.
