Kerry Pearse is a community builder with a background in housing and social justice. Her housing career began as a squatter on the Lyndhurst Estate in Glebe in the early 1980s which led her to work in tenants rights and the housing co-op sector. Since then, she has worked in and out of government in policy and program roles before working as a consultant with the not-for-profit sector for the last 14 years. She is thrilled to be leading the establishment of the Waterfall Way CLT in her own community on the mid north coast of NSW in a project backed
