Welcome to the 10th Annual Affordable Housing Development and Investment Summit
For the third year running, the Community Housing Industry Association (CHIA) will be hosting a national Summit to discuss solutions to the once-in-a-generation challenges facing Australian renters and homeowners.
Federal initiatives such as the Housing Australia Future Fund and the National Housing Accord, together with State and territory initiatives, are a welcome sign that the multiple housing challenges faced by lower income households are starting to be addressed.
However, to fix the housing crisis, much more is needed.
This Summit will explore some of the projects and ideas being taken forward as well as looking at how we do more. This is an opportunity to learn, network and share ideas.

Wendy Hayhurst
